Products

Our impressive range of products are used in some of the most demanding industries. The industries we supply includes gas, chemical, food production as well as the automotive industry. Due to the environments they are installed, our products must be able to perform in tough conditions which is why we utilise manufacturing techniques such as braiding with one or more layers of stainless steel wire over the tube, and supplying tubing with Kevlar as standard.

Every product produced must meet our in-house manufacturing processes with every element closely monitored and controlled to ensure that every tube, hose and machine part meets our exacting standards.

Our product range includes:

Industries

Working in partnership with our customers, we supply products for projects and applications within a wide range of industries, including:

Our Industries include:

Chemical

We produce tubing and liners for pipes suitable for handling chemicals in tough environments.
As the most inert of all polymers, PTFE is the ideal choice when manufacturing, transporting and handling most chemicals.

Gas

PTFE is one of the very few materials, and the only polymer, that can be used up to + 260°C and down to many degrees below zero. Some of its properties still function below -200 °C.
An excellent choice for applications where temperatures are high or low, and where safety is an important issue. Many of our products are used in car engines or in gas filling.

Automotive

PTFE hose is ideal for automotive applications where high operating temperatures, aggressive fluids and additives in oils and coolant fluids are used. Common applications include turbo hoses, fuel transfer, hydraulic lines and exhaust systems. PTFE hose also offers the benefits of being lightweight, having excellent flex life as well as very good chemical resistance.

Food and drug

Organisations within the food and drug industry can benefit from the extremely low friction coefficient of our PTFE products. The very nature of the material makes it difficult for dirt and other residues to adhere – ideal when cleanliness is an issue.
It is also a widely used material for seals etc., which can function without any form of lubrication.

Power

PTFE is used for high voltage breakers as the material helps to remove the explosion risk. Non-conductive in its virgin state, by using fillers, it can be made more conductive - an important factor when used with some flammable gases or liquids.

Quality

With a history that can be traced back to 1954, for decades the Habia Teknofluor brand has stood for quality, performance and excellence.

With these qualities still very much at the heart of all we do, we are proudly Swedish, manufacturing Swedish quality products for customers around the world.

Utilizing the technical experience of our skilled in-house team, along with the latest manufacturing techniques, we use only quality materials to deliver innovative solutions.
